Following documents can be authenticated by the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Vienna, Austria:

Documents signed personally by the applicant at the Consular Section	Original document in Portuguese to be signed in the presence of the Consul. Do not sign the document in advance! Passport, national identity card or Driver's licence of the applicant Fee: € 20,00 for each signature, payment in advance (click here for information on payment and remittance of documents
Documents issued by local authorities of Austria, Croatia and Slovenia	Original document and official translation into Portuguese, previously authenticated by the local authorities (in Austria: Provincial Tribunals "Landesgerichte" and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Legalisierungsbüro; in Croatia and Slovenia: Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Please request an ordinary authentication, no Apostille. Fee: € 20,00 for each signature

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Austria cannot authenticate documents issued by Angolan authorities. For having validity in Austria, Croatia or Slovenia, documents issued by Angolan authorities must be authenticated in Angola by the Ministry of Foreig Affairs, as well as by the consular representations of said countries.

Folgende Dokumente können von der Konsularabteilung der Botschaft der Republik Angola in Österreich beglaubigt werden:

ART DES DOKUMENTS	VORAUSSETZUNG FÜR DIE BEGLAUBIGUNG UND GEBÜHREN
Dokumente, die in Gegenwart des Konsuls unterschieben werden	Originaldokument im Portugiesischen. Bitte nicht im voraus unterschreiben! Reisepass, Personalausweis oder Führerschein des Antragsstellers Gebühren: € 20,00 für jede Unterschrift
Dokumente, ausgestellt von den österreichischen, kroatischen oder slowenischen Behörden	Originaldokument mit seiner beeideten Übersetzung ins Portugiesische, die auch von den österreichischen Behörden (Landesgerichten und Aussenministerium-Legalisierungsbüro in Österreich) oder dergleichen in Kroatien und Slowenien (Notar und Außenministerien) beglaubigt werden müssen. Bitte beantragen Sie eine normale Beglaubigung, keine Apostille! Gebühren: € 20,00 für jede Unterschrift

WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Konsularabteilung der Botschaft der Republik Angola in Österreich keineswegs Dokumente, welche von angolanischen Behörden ausgestellt wurden, beglaubigen darf. Diese Dokumente müssen in Angola beglaubigt werden, sowie vom Außenministerium als auch von der konsularischen Vertretung des Landes wo sie vorgelegt werden.

Os seguintes documentos podem ser autenticados pela Secção Consular da Embaixada da República de Angola em Áustria:

Documentos a serem assinados perante o Cônsul	Documento em português. Não assine o documento antes! Passaporte, Bilhete de Identidade ou Carta de Condução do requerente Taxas: € 20,00 por assinatura autenticada.
Documentos emitidos pelas autoridades da Áustria, Croácia e Eslovénia	Documento original e tradução oficial para o português, ambos previamente autenticados pelas autoridades locais. Na Áustria: Landesgericht e Ministério das Relações Exteriores, “Legalisierungsbüro”; na Croácia e Eslovénia, pelo Ministério das Relações Exteriores. Solicite uma autenticação comum, não a Apostille. Taxas: € 20,00 por assinatura autenticada

AVISO IMPORTANTE : A Embaixada da República de Angola não tem competência para autenticar documentos que tenham sido emitidos por autoridades angolanas. Estes documentos devem ser autenticados em Luanda pelo Ministério das Relações Exteriores e pela representação consular do país em que devam ser apresentados.
