IMPORTANT NOTICE! Please note that you are signing the statement in German or English, you must provide an official translation into Portuguese (excepted Passport, International Health Certificate, flight and hotel reservation) and previously authenticated by the local authorities (in Austria: Provincial Tribunals "Landesgerichte" and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Legalisierungsbüro; in Croatia and Slovenia: Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Please request an ordinary authentication, no Apostille. Thereafter, the declaration must be authenticated by the Consular Section of the Embassy of Angola in Austria (for information: please click here).

Hence, if you prefer, you can sign the statement in Portuguese only, which includes in its footnote a non official translation into English and German and has only to be notarized by the Consular Section.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass für die Erklärung im Deutschen oder Englischen eine beglaubigte Übersetzung ins Portugiesische vorzulegen ist, welche auch von den österreichischen Behörden (Landesgerichten und Aussenministerium-Legalisierungsbüro in Österreich) oder dergleichen in Kroatien und Slowenien (Notar und Außenministerien) beglaubigt werden müssen. Bitte beantragen Sie eine normale Beglaubigung, keine Apostille! Anschließend, muss die Erklärung von der Konsularabteilung beglaubigt werden (Informationen: bitte klicken Sie hier).

Sie können aber auch die Erklärung im Portugiesischen unterschreiben, die in ihrer Fußnote eine inoffizielle Übersetzung ins Englishe und Deutsche hat. Die Erklärung im Portugiesischen musst nur von der Konsularabteilung beglaubigt werden.

 

AVISO IMPORTANTE: Caso a declaração seja apresentada nos modelos em alemão ou inglês deverá ser acompanhada da tradução para o português por tradutor oficial e autenticada pelas autoridades locais. Na Áustria: Landesgericht e Ministério das Relações Exteriores, “Legalisierungsbüro”; na Croácia e Eslovénia, pelo Ministério das Relações Exteriores. Solicite uma autenticação comum, não a Apostille. A declaração deve posteriormente ser autenticados pelo Sector Consular (informações: clique aqui).

Caso prefira, poderá utilizar a declaração em português, a qual traz no rodapé uma tradução não oficial para o inglês e o alemão. Neste caso, a declaração requer apenas a autenticação da Secção Consular.
